Whatever your plans, if you need a venue, or a room or a meeting space we can normally help. There's no limit on the size of the venue, we can handle a private meeting for three people right through to a multi-venue event for thousands. Every time the service is the same; personal, unbiased and, of course, free.
Here's how we can help
Conferences
There's a lot more to a conference than just finding a venue with sufficient space, we have the experience to know just what each event needs, and what questions to ask. So alongside room numbers we'll investigate local facilities, transport links and entertainment. If you're running an event or exhibition alongside your conference we'll check power supplies, parking for large vehicles, and if there is access early in the morning or late at night.
Meetings
Every business needs meetings, and every meeting needs a venue. But finding one in a strange city or unknown area can sometimes seem to take longer than the meeting itself. That's where our local knowledge is so useful. We know where to start looking, we know which venues understand your business needs best and we know how to get the best rates.
Accommodation
We've booked more hotel rooms than we've had nights' sleep, so finding good accommodation is second nature to us. We're just as happy booking a single room for a single night as we are booking an entire hotel for a complete week and whatever occasion, we take just as much care.
