Our approach is a simple one, to be the best informed, most flexible and most responsive venue finding service in the UK. This means we have to protect our independence at all times - so we're not linked to any hotel chain, we have no quotas to meet and if we think a venue isn't right for you, we'll say so.
Our client's opinions count
Just as important as the advice we give, is the feedback from our customers - for their opinions and experiences are a vital part of keeping our advice fresh and well informed. It also means we never rely on a hotel's claims alone. Does 'intimate' mean cosy, or the size of a broom cupboard? Does 'handy for the airport' mean good transport links, or directly beneath the flight-path? We know exactly - and we know because we check each and every fact.
Always a choice
There are a whole host of things to consider when choosing a hotel or a venue, but the single most important one is often the hardest to define - personal taste. That's why we always seek to offer alternatives until you're completely satisfied and to make certain you really have found the venue you need, we're more than happy to arrange site visits so you can check the details in person.
Be efficient
There's nothing quite so frustrating as being kept in the dark, so we keep in constant contact throughout your venue search so you're always aware of the progress we're making. We'll answer all enquiries and questions promptly, and if we don't know the answer there and then, we'll say so, but find out as soon as we can.
Once your booking's confirmed, that's not the end of our involvement. We stay in contact with the venue, negotiating the finer details and helping with last minute requirements and changes of plan. In fact we even check the final account in detail, ensuring that you pay exactly what you agreed to pay and not a penny more.
