Conference Venues Midlands
The Midlands, Conference Venues at England's heart

The Midlands as the name suggests, is the central band of England, and whilst there's no strict geographic definition, it takes in much of the country's commercial heartland. Not surprisingly for such a large area the choice of conference venues in the Midlands is vast - from large facilities in the major cities such as Birmingham and Coventry to country hotels in old county towns and villages.
Boasting over sixty major towns, there is no single characteristic that defines the Midlands; Herefordshire is largely rural with green rolling hills, Birmingham is a modern, cosmopolitan city, whilst High Peak is open moorland and an area of wild beauty. It's this diversity that makes the area so interesting.
Planning a conference in the Midlands is aided by the area's exceptional transport links, it's been an area of considerable road improvement of the past few years and travel between Midlands centres is at least as good, if not better than the rest of the country. It also sits astride both major North-South rail routes and can claim four international airports, East Midlands, Birmingham, Coventry and Norwich.
If you're seeking conference venues that are slightly more unusual than a standard hotel, the Midlands has a surprising amount to offer. Ironbridge, birthplace of the Industrial Revolution, is now a heritage site of great importance, and an exceptional place to hold themed conferences. Derbyshire, often thought of as a farming county, is home to both Buxton, an elegant and fashionable 19th century spa town and The Old Hall Hotel - one of the claimants to the title 'Oldest Hotel in England'.
We offer a free venue finding service for the Midlands region, to find the right conference venue to suit almost any corporate event, meeting or dinner. Contact us for assistance and valuable independent advice.
