How We Work

Finding a conference venue is easy - but finding your ideal venue, one that's available just when you need it, with the facilities you need and still within your budget? Well that's a great deal harder, and it can take time, lots of time.

That's where we come in. We're a team of professionals with huge knowledge and experience of conference venues around the UK, we understand what it's like to run conferences and how even the little things can make a great deal of difference.

Having this experience means we can identify venues that really are suitable, not simply available. After that, we'll even negotiate rates and hold the space on your behalf, usually presenting a list of options to you within the same working day.

The final decision is always yours of course - it's your show - so to help you we'll direct you to relevant websites, supply brochures, even arrange a time when you can visit in person.

All at no charge

We make our money by taking a small commission from every venue we book, so there are no charges to you, in fact, our purchasing power means that even when commission is included, our rates are usually better than buying direct.

What's more we're fiercely independent; we rely on our customers using us again and again, so we make sure our advice is always unbiased, all of the time.

HBAA (Hotel Booking Agents' Association)

The HBAA, of which we're a member, is an association committed to establishing standardisation and the best working practices between agencies and the venues which they book.

The HBAA has been in existence for 10 years, with 65 of the top UK booking agencies and over 120 of the major independent and hotel groups operating in the UK and overseas as its members. This means HBAA Members are jointly responsible for some £750m+ of corporate bookings every year.
